Arthur's Christmas Sale - General House Rules

During Arthur's Christmas Sale, the following general house rules are strictly enforced:

Bag checks are possible, we are equipped with an advanced camera system, and theft will be reported directly to the police.

The entire grounds and store are equipped with security cameras. This advanced system is only used to ensure our safety and that of our visitors. By entering our grounds and the store, you agree that you are aware of this.

It is not allowed to take photos or videos in the store, canteen, arena, and stables without permission from management due to privacy rights.

By entering the store, you agree that you are aware that photo and video material may be made by the Arthur's Westerns store team for promotional purposes. This material remains the property of Arthur's Westernstore and will only be used with permission.

Unacceptable behavior of any kind will always be reported directly to the police.

Arthur's Western Store & Burgemeijer QH are not liable for theft, accident, or any form of damage or injury on the premises.
It is not allowed to visit the stables without permission from management.

It is not allowed to take photos or video material in the store without permission from Arthur's Westernstore management.

FaceTime shopping is not allowed.

Dogs are prohibited on the grounds, in the store, stables, and canteen of Arthur's Westernstore & Burgmeijer QH.

Smoking is prohibited in the building and stables. This is only allowed outside.

It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the store.

It is forbidden to bring large bags into the store.

For your safety and ours, large bags (larger than half an A4 page) are not allowed in the store.

There are a number of lockers available where you can safely store your personal belongings and jacket for free. Unfortunately, it is impossible to have lockers available for everyone, so we strongly advise everyone to only bring your small necessary items to the store in a small handbag.

It is forbidden to wear large coats or coats with large pockets in the store.

During the sale days, we ask for your understanding not to come with strollers. Of course, it is possible to park the stroller in front of the store entrance. This is to ensure the safety of small children and other visitors.

During the sale days, it can be quite overwhelming for children. We try to take this into account as much as possible, assuming that we can expect parents to maintain proper parental supervision so that our other customers are not inconvenienced.

Items purchased during the sale are not covered by our warranty and may not be exchanged or returned (except for saddles).

Discounts only apply during the Christmas sale and only in the store. Items on sale cannot be ordered via the webshop or reserved before the start of the sale.

Arthur's team would like to serve everyone as best as possible with information and help, we hope for your understanding and respect for our team.
